Special Occasion Service Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is not finalised until full pre-payment is received.

2. Cancellation Policy: Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of Jessica Vegas.

3. Health and Safety:

• Illness Notification: If you or any household members experience flu-like symptoms, are awaiting COVID-19 test results or test positive for COVID-19 please notify our team promptly.
• Cold Sores: For clients with an active cold sore, please notify our team prior to the service date. Makeup application will only be done using the client’s own products and tools, ensuring no contamination of our professional kits.
• Contagious Conditions: Our team will not apply makeup on any client with conjunctivitis or any other contagious condition.
• Head Lice: Hair styling services will not be provided to clients with head lice.

4. Site Access

We require access to power and dining chair. We will not work in a bathroom that has a toilet to maintain the hygiene of our kit. We can safely carry our equipment up to 2 Flights of Stairs. If more than two flights of stairs are required to access the service area, a surcharge may apply. Alternatively, we may request that clients provide an accessible service area on a lower floor to ensure the safety of our staff and equipment.

5. Travel Fee:
For locations beyond a 20 km radius of Grose Vale, NSW, a travel fee of $0.95 per km (to and from Grose Vale) will apply. This fee may be waived for group bookings and must be paid in advance by invoice.

6. Pet Policy: Indoor pets must be secured away from the designated service area to maintain the cleanliness of our teams products and tools, to accommodate clients with animal allergies as well as to ensure artist and pet safety from hot tools.  Clients will be solely liable for any damage caused by pets to tools, products, or equipment, and will be responsible for the replacement of affected items.
