PayTo activation

Check that Stripe is telling us when a bride approves her PayTo, see what each approved bride is set up to be charged, and create the missing charge schedules. Reports are read-only. Nothing on this page charges anyone.

1. Stripe webhook check

Is our Stripe endpoint subscribed to the events that mark a mandate as approved? Also compares the PayTo setups Stripe knows about with what the database holds (about 25 brides are expected).

2. Mandate activation report

For every booked bride with a PayTo mandate: what is already scheduled and what is missing. The final-balance charge is due one month before the wedding, for the amount owing on her Xero invoice.

3. Mandates from Stripe

Compares the PayTo mandates Stripe holds with the database and lists the gaps. Only fills a bride whose record has no mandate yet; it never overwrites one.
