Inspiration folder dry runs
Read-only previews using your admin login. Nothing is linked, created or changed. Brides are shown by reference code only. Each page shows 5 brides; use Previous and Next to walk the whole list.
Relink preview: name-match candidates
Read-only preview. Finds orphan Drive folders whose name confidently matches a party member with no mapped folder, for archived brides only. Nothing is linked until you click "Apply this link" on a specific row, each click is one deliberate, reviewed action, never a bulk apply.
Test member: Mia Rosser QA21
Works on this one approved test member only. Run the check first. The link button stays off until the check shows exactly one folder to link, and the server also has to have it switched on.
Guest link import (one time)
Brings the guest links already emailed out of the old sheet export into the new system, so they keep working. Choose the exported file, then check it. The file is read in this browser only and is not saved anywhere. Importing stays off until the server switch is turned on.
Party details copy: test bride
Copies hair extensions, invite date and hairstyle-upgrade flag from what the hub already shows into the new system, for the test bride only. Only blanks are filled and existing values are never changed. Check first. The copy button stays off until the check finds something to copy, and the server also has to have it switched on.
