App Data Deletion
Jessica Vegas Professional Hair & Makeup Artist offers website, portal, app, and communications features that may involve customer, team, or messaging data. If you want to request deletion of app-related personal information, please email hello@jessicavegas.com with enough information for us to identify the relevant account, booking, or communication history.
What to include in your request
- Your full name
- Your email address used with us
- Your phone number, if relevant
- Your booking reference, wedding date, or order details, if relevant
- The channel or service involved, such as client portal, team app, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, SMS, or email
Meta-connected data requests
If you submit a deletion request through a Meta-connected integration, we process the request through our registered callback workflow and maintain a confirmation reference for audit and support purposes.
What may be deleted or retained
We will review deletion requests in light of our legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-handling, and operational recordkeeping obligations. Some information may be deleted or anonymised, while some limited records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business necessity.
